After landing on the main page, click on the “Login” button located at the upper right bar to get yourself registered. Afther that hit on “Sign up” at the bottem of the page. At “Register” choose a unique username that is available and enter your email address.


If you want to create a Customer account, just click on Register, and now you can use the platform.


Note: You must have to verify your email address in order to get access to your Account (both Customers & Vendors).

The payment methods available on HiDocu are:


  1. Credit/Debit Card:You can make purchases using any major credit/debit card.
  2. PayPal:You can pay with PayPal. You also have the option to connect your PayPal account with your HiDocu account for a faster check out. 
  3. Apple Pay:If you using HiDocu’s iOS mobile application, you can make purchases using Apple Pay (restricted to the countries where this feature is available).
  4. Google Pay: If you using HiDocu’s Android mobile application, you can make purchases using Google Pay (restricted to the countries where this feature is available).
  5. iDEAL: This payment method is only available in the Netherlands.
  6. GiroPayand Sofort: These payment methods are only available in Germany.

Once you log in to your buyer account, a new window will be open with this interface.

After that, click on the Add Payment Method button, and another page will be opened. Now, you’ve to enter accurate payment details of your desired payment modes. After entering the details, click on the Add Payment Method. It’s that simple.

If a customer isn’t satisfied with the work-quality, or customer services, we grant you the right to cancel the order. By canceling the orders, we’re liable to refund the buyer. For that, go to the order page, and click on the Cancel Order button to get the funds back. It’s that simple. You can get a refund up to 14 days after ordering. After this it is no longer possible to get a refund.

  • If you couldn’t find the right Document, you can simply get to the seller and submit your docu request as well.

  • The very first step of yours should be accessing their work. This can give you an idea about the work-quality and expertise of a seller.
  • You should also check other aspects of his profile to know whether he’s good at providing customer services or not.
  • In addition to it, you can check out the ratings, ask him about his work experience, and more.

You’ve reached out to the right seller that can live up to your expectations. Now, what’s the next step? You’ve to brief him about your work and quote all the requirements or any other special point. Before placing an order, you’ve to be fully satisfied that the seller has understood what you want him to do. In the end, you may ask the seller to explain the work.

After placing an order, you can manage the seller by not creating any communication block. That’s mean, keep on communicating to be aware of the work progress. However, most probably, you will get the Document in a very short duration.
